Background: The Province of Venice leads on Civil Society Empowerment and is participating in PEOPLE Programme with the aim to study and bring innovative solutions to the different problems the territory faces because of the demographic and societal change, with particular attention paid to the contribution of civil society and social actions to support the weakest groups the community.
