The European Commission started to carry out the so-called Going Local exercise right after the publication of the Digital Agenda. For 2011, the Digital agenda - Going local conference took place in Seville and the PEPA Lead partner (UPO) has been invited to participate to the experts panel dealing with Innovation for social transformation
