The last HOME 04 Study Visit and Steering committee Meeting took place in Stockholm last 24-25 March.
Participants from the partner regions had the opportunity to exchange views and knowledge with professionals from the different resource centres which provide assisstance to homeless people in the city of Stockholm.

During the Steering Committee Meeting partners presented their experiences developed in HOME 04 which were evaluated based on the criteria identified by the PEOPLE partnership to determine the best practices within the project.
