The EU-funded INTERREG IVC PEOPLE Programme is coming of age – with the drastic change of economic circumstances across the partner regions, not to mention other EU member states, the themes PEOPLE is addressing are more current than ever, being high on our shared social and political agendas.
In the UK, there is much debate about the “Big Society”, and the themes of Civil Society Empowerment and Social Entrepreneurship feature prominently.
In the Małopolska region, there has been a strong focus on demographic change in the lead up to the local elections that took place in November.
